  Visit - 3-29-17 @ 2:25 p.m. Ordered unsweetened tea. When it finally came about 15 minutes later, I added sugar substitute. When I took a sip, I realized the waitress brought me sweet tea. My friend and I decided to get the two for $20 deal. As an appetizer, my friend and I opted for the house salads. We waited about 40 minutes for our salads only to be surprised by receiving our entrees. I ordered a plain American burger minus the pickles and cheese. I asked could I substitute lettuce and tomatoes, but she said I could not. I ordered my hamburger rare as the waitress said it was cooked to order. My hamburger was medium well. All I received was the meat on a bun; no onion. We never received any silverware throughout the whole dining experience, nor did we receive any napkins. When the waitress came back to check on us when we were about through with our entrees, we asked when and why we didn't receive our salads? She said she forgot and we asked her to bring carry out boxes as we didn't want the salads at that point.

  This store received a low star review from me because of the service. Both waitresses and waiters were not attentive at all. We arrived inside and waited approximately 3minutes before anyone acknowledged our existence. We were passed by and alerted a manager after waiting for 20+ minutes. This is the second time I've visited this location, hoping for it to be a better experience than my last at another location. The portion of my last meal here was very skimp to say the least.

  I've been to this Applebee's before since it's close to my house, but this time I was highly disappointed. Our waitress was great and attentive to our needs. However, we had a few issues with our food. Ordered appetizers and salad which we didn't end up getting until we were almost done with our entree. Ordered the boneless wings and I couldn't believe that the chef would send out the celery on that plate. It was old and browning, which I'm sure can be a possible health code violation. My steak was undercooked and EXTREMELY tough and chewy that I had to pretty much stop eating it. I didn't want to make a big deal about it since we had already been waiting a while for our food. The Caesar salad was overly drenched in dressing. Our waitress tried to get the manager to our table, but he or she never showed up. Unfortunately our waitress' impeccable service and friendliness couldn't compensate for the awful experience we had this time.
