Everytime I have ordered from here the wait is over 20 minutes even if I call my order in! Everytime is the same excuse; " training new employees or had a call out." Today was no different! My husband came on his lunch break and ordered a meatball sub and it took over 40 minutes and all of his lunch break before he even got his sandwich! We were meeting for lunch. Called the manager and got excuse after excuse! "Tickets got mixed up and training new employees!" She seemed as if she could care less with her what would you like me to do? The sandwich wasn't even made correctly! I will never go to this location again!!!August 01, 2016
