It's a good Dunkin Donuts that only gets 4 stars for two reasons. 1) unless you specifically mention no sugar, the default is to add sugar to all of the iced coffee beverages. I don't think a place should assume someone wants sugar in their iced coffee just because they order cream. 1) It really bothers me when I order a coffee and there is an inch of space left in the cup. This doesn't happen all the time, but it has happened 4 or 5 times over the last couple of months.April 10, 2017
