  The staff is always courteous and quick. Hardly ever have to wait. And when I have had to wait, they're very apologetic and take care of me.

  I grew up on Dunkin Donuts (25+yrs). It is definitely a NJ right of passage LOL. I can say without a doubt that this is the worst Dunkin Donuts that I have ever came into contact with. The service is slow. The drinks are never made the way that you request them. The donut selection is very basic. Lastly the Management does not understand what quality means to a person who knows her Dunkin Donuts on every level. Change the management and the staff.
