  We used to eat at Ruby Tuesday's regularly. Over time the prices started going up and the service getting worse so we quit going. That was 2 years ago and we decided to give it a try again tonight. My appetizer did not come out but the same exact one showed up for my wife in a timely fashion. I asked the waitress if she had it ordered and she said "yes". 15 minutes later and no appetizer, no meal. Another 20 minutes and I asked for the check so I could just leave. The rest of my party was done. I was ready to go home without eating. The waitress blamed the kitchen and said some garbage about how they didn't get it out in time. Meanwhile the table next to us (who were seated about 5 minutes after us) got 4 full meals served without any trouble. The manager eventually brought my appetizer and meal and comped us for them. The bad part about all of it is that I don't think they thought anything was wrong. They blamed the kitchen while everyone else in the restaurant was getting all of their food. The salad bar is still good so if you don't need service I suppose that would still be okay. Maybe I'll try again in another couple of years.

  I enjoy the Salad bar. The rest of the food is your typical bar food. They try and add a garnish to make it seem better but it is just the same.
